    Christ they will try anything to keep same sex couples as second class citizens.

    They've already been denied in a Hawaii state court, all the courts all the way up to SCOTUS will deny them as well.

    The fact that they're bringing this lawsuit means that they've never read the law that they're talking about. It states,

    "The Legislature shall have the power to reserve marriage to opposite-sex couples."

    The Legislature can choose not to exercise its power at any time.
