    Even if it doesn't pass if it shines a harsh spotlight on gay conversion therapy (a spotlight they don't want) and gets people talking then mission accomplished I say.

    Although it probably won't go anywhere, it's a good first step. Maybe if the Democrats take control of the house, OR if the sane moderate part of the Republican party gains more influence, (like the Gov. of NJ) perhaps someday it'll be law.
