    Read more here.

May Bridgegate lead to the utter derailment of all your future political ambitions, impeachment, and imprisonment. I wish you endless misfortune, Governor.

A wicked man looks at another and curses them, while not realizing another has cursed them.

Why is this surprising? Christie's phony "moderate" act never extended to LGBTQ issues, probably because he considered LGBTQs such a small share of the population that they would make an easy target to bash in order to win over Republican primary voters angry about his hug with Obama.

Christie vetoed same-sex marriage at a time when 64% of New Jersey supported, then after delaying marriage equality in NJ for a over year until a judge ruled that marriage inequality was unconstitutional, he fought it relentlessly in the courts up until the point New Jersey Supreme Court shot him down.

What made anyone think there was a snowball's chance in hell of Christie signing anything trans* related, legislation that affects an even smaller number of people and has far less popular support?

This gives Christie more ammunition to run ads in Iowa for the Republican caucuses, "Christie defended traditional marriage from the faggots. Christie protected traditional gender from the trans freaks." These are the kinds of things that really make the Republican Party's base go wild and crazy for, they love that shit.

Of course that's assuming Christie even survives the tidal wave of scandals that are plaguing his administration currently, or the scandals cause him to sink like the giant lead balloon that he is.

I got excited at first, thinking the title said he allows the bill to go through. Now I'm very disappointed.

Yep, I've never been fooled with his phony 'moderate' act. Moderate about what, exactly? Gay rights? No. Workers rights? No. Income inequality? No. He gives lip service to the environment, but then refuses to even mention address global warming in a speech about Hurricane Sandy, and the impact of rising ocean levels on the shore. He's a phony-baloney windbag, with anger management issues.

Actually, Christie gave up on fighting same-sex marriage in New Jersey and let gay marriage pass. The only reason he did that was because elections were coming up. Despite how much he doesn't care about the LGBT community, he cares more about his job than the people. He knew if he continued to fight marriage equality then he wouldn't be re-elected. That prick would kiss anyone's ass just to be in a position of power.

No he didn't, Christie fought marriage equality to the bitter, bloodiest end, first vetoing the legislative bill when we finally got it passed in both houses of the legislature.... and then fighting it relentlessly in the courts until he realized he had zero chance of winning.

Christie only halted his campaign against marriage equality when the New Jersey Supreme Court refused to grant Christie a stay on the lower court's ruling legalizing equality- and worded that stay in such a way as to make clear that the New Jersey Supreme Court would rule against him and in favor of marriage equality if he took the case to them.

After fighting it tooth and nail right to the bitter end, Christie "let gay marriage pass" because literally the only other option he had by that point was to embarrass himself and be forced to accept marriage equality by having the New Jersey Supreme Court rule unanimously against him.

You mean a bully who abuses power that's known to hate the LGBT community doesn't want something good for transgendered people? Gasp!

Well if you're basically having to insist to people that you ain't a crook, I guess he thought he'd pander to the far-right crazies because those are the only people who don't care if you are.

More proof that Christie is not a so-called "moderate", as media plays him out to be. He is ultra conservative down to the core.
