That's discrimination, it's wrong to use religious beliefs to justify it. It's like saying "My religion bans tattoos. If you have a tattoo, you are not allowed in my store". Just typical.

Good. Religious freedom means freedom to believe whatever you want (or to not believe at all), without interference from a government, as long as it doesn't violate the rights of other people. It doesn't mean the freedom to oppress and discriminate.

I have mixed feeling about this. On one hand the store owners are discriminating on potential customers based on sexual orientation, but in forcing them to do business with people that they don't want to do business with the none discrimination law overlooks there rights. Honestly I don't understand someone would want someone who doesn't like them to be forced to make their wedding cake. If they don't like you then just take your money elsewhere. If it were every cake shop out there doing this it would be different, but I believe that I can say with some certainty that there has to be at least one cake shop that doesn't care about the sexual preference of the customer in the area. I don't understand why they have to sue just because that one shop owner doesn't like them.
