LGBT News Texas Loophole Allows Trans Lesbian Marriage

    Basis- Texas makes it hard for transgender males and females to change their gender records and it finally came back to bite them. A *Trans female put in for a marriage liscence and since she is still classed as a "male" they had no choice. The only way the can go against her is to state that she is in fact female. Win-win for the "T" in Texas? Opinions?

    Do you mean MtF marrying a man is allowed? Or a trans (male) that is still biologically a man is allowed to marry another man?

    A trans girl (born male) can marry a born female. They are both female though so its a lesbian marriage. I'm not shure if the situations Skaros stated are allowed but gay marriage isn't allowed in Texas, hint the upset.

    @Skaros- A trans female is someone who was born biologically male but is in transition to female if that helps.
