    The bill doesn't pass any sort of constitutional check whatsoever, and it interferes with private enterprise in such way that even the most staunch conservative would laugh upon reading it.

    $5 says nobody sponsors it.

    This bill is ridiculous.. most likely nobody will sponsor it. If they do, they are really dumb, since it directly interferes with private enterprise..

    No provisions in there for the MLB, NBA, MLS, IRL, UFC or any other sports and hell even the WWE is left out in the cold. Looks like some idiot trying to drum up business from conservatives using the Michael Sam story to me.

    This is discrimination. The guy who created the bill should be arrested, just as he would be if he had wanted to ban people based on race, religion or disability.

    My only fear with this is that it'll put the idea in the heads of certain more influential people. As it stands it's idiotic, but I don't think this is the last we'll hear of a bill like this.

    In a way I hope some in congress try to take up this. It would show how out of touch the republicans are because you know only one of them would think this is a good idea.
