General News Shooting at Fort Hood

    At 6:22 PM, USA Today reported that there is an active shooter at Fort Hood in Killeen, Texas and injuries are reported. This happened once before in 2009. Anyone in the area is asked to shelter in place by closing and locking all doors and windows and preferably staying in a room with no windows and in a central location in the building.

    This story is rapidly developing and more details will come soon.

    UPDATE: 6:35 PM, NBC News reports that as many as 8 casualties.
    UPDATE: 6:37 PM, At least two shooters, one is in custody, the other at large.

    Well I don't know where you got those numbers from, every media outlet I have seen so far says it's only 1 killer and 3 casualties + the killer committing suicide.

    But either way, do anybody have any more info on this? Will they make any of the victim's names public, etc.? I am worried sick.

    That's what the first reports were when it was all developin/goin down. If you paid attention to his post, he listed at what times this info was reported yesterday:

    Now of course, they know more as time has passed and more info has gone out.
