LGBT News Honey Maid's Response to Anti-Gay Bigots.

oh my gawd that was beautiful.:love: I almost totally cried.

 

They could not have created a better response. Too rarely will a company be courageous enough to do such a thing with such a positive and truthful message. They really did show that just like their product, they are wholesome.

 

It was just 10 years ago, that same sex marriage was a major campaign issue, with several states passed laws against it. Companies were afraid of showing support for anything progressive for fear of alienating their customers.

Now these laws are being struck down. Companies are not afraid to show support of same sex relationships. Then when a minority of people complain, they publish a nice little fuck off message.

These truly are amazing times that we live in.

Well I'm eating honey maid smores and drinking Sam Adams by my fire pit tonight in honor of companies who stand up for the LGBT community.

 

Well, guess who's stopping by the grocery store later?

I saw the ad with the dads, and what I really love is that the family is portrayed as just another regular family. I want to see a time where it's no big deal to see LGBT families in advertisements and tv and stuff.

 

Teared up at their response. I love it.

They could have just sat silent, and attempted to avoid further controversy. Instead they doubled down.

 

This is really beautiful. I have so much respect for this company now. Rather than apologizing to the haters or taking down the add they stood up for what's right. That really made my day.

 

This is so sweet! I should by more Honey Maid graham crackers, they are really tasty.

 

I'm going to the store later to get some, in the mood for s'mores. I don't have a fire pit in my apartment of course, but they work in a toaster oven.

 

I find myself wondering if their products are kosher.

If so, Imma need some.
