    Wow, that is good to hear.

    Though no doubt, it will be appealed.

    Right now, I'm both happy, but also worried, as there are so many pending appeals...and the cases in Michigan and Ohio will be appealed to a particularly nasty, conservative Circuit court, full of GW Bush appointees:

    United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit

    Then, there's the question of what the Supreme Court will do. I keep hoping Thomas or Scalia get struck by lightning, while Obama is still around. If a Republican gets in and appoints one more conservative judge, we may well be doomed for a long time, in terms of progress.

    I'm crossing my fingers, and I think though the tide is turning. But these conservatives & Republicans aren't going to give in easy. It is vital that we don't have another Republican president in at least the next two elections.

    Wow! That seems so close to where I live! Maybe there's hope for West Virginia after all. Probably not soon, but if Ohio can do it, so can we.

    Republicans have well locked themselves out of the white house for a long time. I don't see another red candidate having a chance until at least 2020.
