    Actually, not quite just yet. The rulings been stayed, except for the 4 people who initially took the issue to court, and the Ohio AG has said that he'll waste the taxpayers money to appeal it all the way up to the US Supreme court if needed. Still though, the ruling has caused a lot of foaming at the mouth among the homophobes in the state. They've gotten on talk shows, saying some incredibly comical stuff. Even the right wing repub. hosts of the shows made fun of them.
