I almost forgot this guy is still around. But now, there seems to be a trend starting among right-wingers: Hillary is a Lesbian! (they proclaim, or at least are beginning to)

It actually made me "happy", only because they have to attack her personal life because they obviously can't think of anything else to attack.

Seriously, though....what do we expect from these morons?

My parents basically worship both Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh, then they wonder why I can't accept the fact that I'm a lesbian...

Glenn Beck is insane. He a big flip flopper on gay rights and everything else no one should ever take him seriously. He does not deserve our attention or our respect.

It's obviously untrue, but wouldn't that be fun though?

Seriously, they also claim that she is going to be "bitchy" in office, which sounds as though it would be the best form of leadership to gain control of this country in ages. A bitchy, to the point, take no prisoners president sounds perfect right now.

Glenn Beck is an idiot, and I'm not sure why anyone would pay attention to him besides his target audience of dedicated wingnuts.

With that said, however, while there is no evidence as far as I could tell, I would not be shocked if Hillary Clinton were a lesbian or bisexual. If so, she would never come out because she is an ambitious politician and is very risk-averse when it comes to anything that would endanger her political aspirations. I mean, Hillary waited all the way until 2013 to announce support for same-sex marriage equality, even though she wasn't even an elected official since 2009. That was a year after Barack Obama announced his support for same-sex marriage equality (and then went on to win the 2012 presidential election as the first pro-marriage equality presidential candidate). And it was over 2 years after her husband Bill Clinton had endorsed same-sex marriage equality.

The Clintons have been, at best, fair weather friends to the LGBT community.

How about no! Bill Clinton was all for DOMA and "Don't Ask, don't tell". All of the Democrats were!

"Marriage has got historic, religious and moral content that goes back to the beginning of time and I think a marriage is as a marriage has always been, between a man and a woman."
    -Hillary Clinton

They don't care about gays, only the votes.

If that's the case, then NO politician is really for gay rights. You have one party that wants to enact a biblical theocracy that would like to stone gay people if they had the chance. Democrats, at least some of them, were ALWAYS for gay rights.

Nancy Pelosi, Neil Abercrombie, John Lewis, Ted Kennedy, Jane Harman, Lynn Woolsey, Barbara Boxer, Ron Wyden, Patsy Mink, Carol Mosely-Braun, all considered democratic champions all voted against DOMA. One, count it, ONE republican did so, and he was outed as gay a few years earlier. Clinton had no choice but to sign it into law, because it was a veto proof bill, and do you not believe that people can actually change their minds? Bill has no reason to lie about what he thinks of marriage equality now because he can't be president anymore. And Hillary sure would fight for equal rights even if she didn't really believe in it a hell of a lot more than any republican candidate.

Actually, Margaret Thatcher supported the 1967 decriminalization of homosexuality in Britain when she was in parliament. She never approved of homosexual marriage, but you have to admit making it even LEGAL for gays and lesbians to get it on with one another was a HUGE controversy.

I've never heard of Margaret Thatcher as a beacon of civil rights. Also, UK politics, even the conservative wings minus UKIP are all more left than the democrats. The entire republican leadership is against marriage equality, except for the Log Cabiners who aren't even allowed to attend CPAC.

"Despite the platform". Have you seen the platform, it's absolutely atrocious.
