LGBT News O'Malley to sign MD SB212 into Law Thursday

Transgender rights will be secure for at least 15 days state-wide in MD, come Thursday. A small group of republicans must collect 18k signatures by May 31 to bring the Law into vote on the next Ballot.

This Law adds Gender Identity to MDs EEO laws, O'malley was also responsible for the States same-sex marriage law, protecting gay couples within the state.
