    That's very sad. Such a beautiful example of the arts and crafts period.

    Mackintosh, C.F.A. Voysey and William Morris have long been among my favorite architects/designers/artists.

    I pray this is not a total loss...it would be a great loss to the world of art and, in particular, Scotland.

    Most of the building was saved, but the building's library has been totally destroyed. The archives are safe.
