LGBT News Robert De Niro: Me & My Gay Dad

Thanks for posting. I knew his Dad was in the arts, but didn't know much about him.

Apparently DeNiro was a little shaken up by coming clean with this. I think it was a classic case of a macho guy knowing his dad might be gay. I've seen this, and the approaches taken vary - regular friendship,distant friendship, hot and cold, resentment and insecurity by the child, among others.

I think DeNiro is comfortable doing this now, at an advanced age and as an established star. There's no doubt DeNiro "had it" when he was younger.

What's there not to like?

I read the article some of it bought a tear to my eyes I think this will be quite raw. I look forward to watching it
