As funny as the retaliation is, I hope it won't bring more bad shit to that couple as a consequence.

This sounds like it could go wrong for both parties involved.

So many reviews of Big Earl's glory holes. I posted one about getting some lesbians orgies going.

Oh my, that's funny. Reminds me of the Harry Potter vibrating broomstick on amazon. It got a lot of funny reviews.

You know, the owner of Big Earl's could potentially sue for damages due to all of those reviews. I'm not sure if they would win anything or who they would sue, but it would just be a long, irritating process for both parties involved. Although I must admit that the reviews are funny, I would say that its a bit of an overreaction. Yes, what the daughter and the owner did is wrong, but revenge is a double edged sword.

you can't sue the internet xD I remember a similar happening in another restaurant in another state on yelp, Yelp just deleted all the fake reviews and photos, However if won't fall from media attention so easily.

    This is my thoughts.

However, they couldn't sue the reviews for damages, as they've made it clear they do not allow LGBT people to eat there.

They could probably sue for libel though, but they'd have to prove that the reviews cost them money or ruined their reputation, but any good legal counsel could prove what cost them money/reputation was their initial refusal.

  19. While two wrongs don't make a right, this is pretty amusing.

As long as they don't go ape shit like Amy's Baking Company and start attacking every single person that trolls them, I don't think their situation can get much worse.
