Our counter-argument is that being LGBT is so much more than that, it involves love and parenting and contributing our own, unique, perspective to the greater community, though culture, writing, music, politics...whatever. Never accept that argument, never let them define us. We are plenty capable of knowing just who and what we are, Mr. Perkins, thank you very much!
