Well, regarding the second "first," I suspect most of the upcoming appellate decisions will be 2-1 or 5-4. So, there will be appellate judges who will rule against marriage equality. Let's see if we can keep the trend of having no trial-level federal judges ruling against marriage equality .

    And yet another "stay".
The first "stay" was to let the 10th circuit chime in. They did.
Marriage should be allowed to proceed immediately.
Another stay should be non applicable.
I do hope this "stay" is challenged and reversed.
You can't stay stay stay forever with hoping something somewhere someday sometime will change.

I can't wait for more appellate court rulings in our favor! I don't expect them all to be unanimous and that's fine as long as the majority sides for equality. I'm so sick of the stays on all these rulings! What happens if the USSC doesn't take up one of these cases in the coming session? Do the stays continue indefinitely? I don't see how they grant these stays considering the rules are something like the losing party has a good chance of winning their appeal and the losing party will suffer harm if a stay isn't granted. Neither of those are true in any of these cases. In fact the winning party suffers harm by not being able to get married which helps protect their families!

These stupid mormons need to get over it. I have Mormon friends, a mormon uncle and know mormon politicians who support gay rights so it is time for the church to get over it because even their people are evolving.
