    As a judge I would have dismissed his motion with prejudice and warned him from the bench against frivolous motions. That's vexatious litigation. The family court system does not exist to vindicate personal conflicts.

    I agree. Not all people who hate gays do so for bigoted close-minded reasons. I can honestly understand why he's doing what he's doing, even though I don't like it personally.

    I've ran into a couple of men like this in my life time . Their nothing but children in my eyes .:dry:
    Some men only like lesbians when they are of the bisexual group , they find out you don't like penis at all they start throwing a tantrum .

    His character was horrible if his ex didn't even wait until finali zing the divorce -- not to mention he was keeping the kids from a potential role-model parent who loved their mom and could show them how to respect other people..
