    Because I don't trust the Roberts Court to decide the case correctly. I have no trust for that court, and if we lose, we get absolutely fucked over.

    I hope they do not either.
    All except one justice has knocked down state bans.
    The circuit courts decisions would stand as the final word.
    Allowing SS marriage in states like Utah once and finally forever.
    The one justice that upheld the Louisiana state ban, that ruling is being challenged
    and it will be over turned by the 5th circuit court.

    We don't need the high court. Circuit courts have been doing just fine getting this right.
    And if the high court should not take the case, the circuit decisions will stand as the final word.
    I trust that process.
    And Louisiana will in due time have their ban knocked down as well.
    Win win situation.
    We get SS marriage, and the SCOTUS stays out of the process.
    I trust that process 100%.
