    Have I expressed how much I love Target? I love Target.

    They truly are an ally to the LGBT+ community. I believe, on the application form, they even ask you your preferred pronouns, and the employees call you by your chosen name and gender you correctly.

    As a person that has just started working at Target, this is the truth. They take the word "gender" for what it actually means and they will ask you for your preferred name and put it on the name tag and stuff. They seem like they don't really care who you are and how you identify (they use that phrase) as long as you're willing to work and be helpful and stuff. Which is how it should be.
