    That's so touching, and really amazing that the town has come together since his death. It seems so long ago that this happened, I can't believe it's only been 10 years.

    I'm planning on getting a portrait done in honor of Matthew, as well as the date of his death on my wrist. Now that I think about it I am going to get it done on Oct. 12 =)

    The saddest part is to hear Judy Shepard talk about it. She gave a speech at the HRC convention a year or two ago, and it was almost heartbreaking.
