LGBT News FEDERAL judge overturns Arkansas' SSM ban

A federal district judge overturned the Arkansas' constitutional same-sex marriage ban. While a state judge previously ruled the ban unconstitutional under the state constitution (and that case is going through the appeals process, after the state Supreme Court stayed the state judge's order), a federal judge ruled the ban unconstitutional under the United States Constitution. This case will be appealed to the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals (unless, of course, the state Supreme Court overturns the marriage ban before it gets there; hey, we can all dream :lol.
