Our government goes out of it's way to pass dumb laws like this but can't solve many of the serious issues the UK is facing today? It's things like this that make me want to move country when I'm older... -_-

The Conservative Party really knows how to prioritise real issues and how to increase individual liberties.

I wonder why gagging from penises was not banned ?
    Or gang bangs ?
Seems like they banned some of the stuff based on females getting pleasure and left most of the male pleasure stuff alone .

Why is rape fantasy porn not on this list? It should be covered by abuse, but I have a feeling it'd be let off pretty easily as long as nobody gets hit.

Apparently, female ejaculation was banned because they believe it doesn't exist, and that female ejaculate in pornography is actually piss. [IMG]

It seems that Strangulation on tv, under another set of circumstances, is ok

They must be referring to erotic asphyxiation or breath control.

Wow, seriously, what the fuck? I don't wanna live in this frigging country anymore.

Man, our government seriously needs to get it's priorities straight. Of all the things they could've been doing, they chose to fuck with our porn. Dumbasses.

I was literally just about to post that. Clearly dirty minds think alike!

Its interesting female ejaculation on film has come up, I was actually under the impression it was already banned in UK law - I know it at least used to be as there was a obscenity case regarding it at one point where it was deemed to be urination (which is silly as it clearly isn't urine and is acknowledged by the medical profession).

Funnily enough I thought urination and fisting films were already illegal too - hence why you had the case of that lawyer being tried (after blatantly being stitched up by the police as a smear) for having watched a fisting video a few years back, and the likes of R v Peacock.

Perhaps this new law is more a clarification on that effectively tightening the law that the judges had briefly loosened (no puns intended here, honestly).*

Whilst that list really doesn't sound appetizing to me, I think the government needs to be careful on enacting laws infringing what consenting adults can safely do with each other. Particularly the urination - whilst its utterly gross, urine is sterile I believe so its probably not going to cause physical harm to participants; any objection is then purely on moral grounds. You'd actually think rough anal sex would be more dangerous than the majority on the list, no?

Its all a little bit Mary Whitehouse isn't it? :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

*EDIT: Ah, found this "The sex acts were already banned from sex-shop DVDs produced in the UK, but the new legislation extends censorship to online porn." That makes sense.

Huh, the UK has always struck me as having very conservative laws on 'pornography'. I recall when it was still illegal to show an erect penis...I think that was in the 1990s. You could show a naked male, but if his member was erect...nope!

Yes, it all makes sense. They ban weird sex in porn, and start prosecuting people for begging.

    I fucking hate this country.

    Well they did ban Pit Bulls and begging over there so I'm not entirely surprised. ^^;

It does raise the question of how many senior Tories are enjoying extreme porn if they're so intimately acquainted with some of its practices.

    Dig 'em, David.

It isn't just pornography either - the current government has forced the BBFC to rate certain movies as 18+ that were previously 15+. Some movies have had to have certain scenes or words removed because they wouldn't be allowed to screen in cinemas otherwise. This is the case with the movie Horns.

Just another thing to add to the list of why I will not be voting Tory in 2015. Their sense of priority is completely wrong. I don't think I can take another 5 years of this bullshit.

Yes, there is a certain sense of irony - the party that preaches family values and morality, yet a lot of its members have seedy sex lives (cough George Osbourne cough), and a lot of them are genuine kiddie fiddlers.

Penetration by any object "associated with violence"

I'm confused by this one - it seems so oddly specific yet vague at the same time. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

What exactly are they banning here? I'm struggling to think what objects "associated with violence" people have been using for penetration here?! Knives? Guns? Timmy Mallett's mallet?! Good heavens!

Yes, just about any object could be associated with violence if you try hard enough.
