    Hmm this needs to be challenged further through the courts. The judge is clearly at fault in this.

    WTF?! What's wrong with this guy?! That's appalling, and the broken system is just letting him go on?! I'm actually disgusted by this. This is truly horrible.

    I thought this was a story from the US. When I saw it happened in Derbyshire, I was shocked. Really bizarre.

    Apparently this judge has been criticised before for exhibiting similar stupidity on other occasions.
