General News Paris wants to sue Fox

    As should the UK as they said the same about our second largest city.

    Fox are just a right wing mouth piece for Republicans, too happy to throw misinformation and scare stories about. And stupid people suck it all up.

    BBC News - Can a city sue a TV channel?

    I read about this as well. Fox has become the laughingstock of Paris, from what I can tell, and in England, Cameron had some pretty harsh words for them.

    It's sad to have such stupidity represent America, but you take at least half of Republicans, and that's how they think.

    Fox isn't even news at this point, they're just an opinion channel that slanders people like they did in Paris coverage.

    I applaud any aid in dismantling of Fox News, regardless of the reason. An organization could literally come after Fox News simply because the reporters are American and I would still donate to the cause.

    Fox News must die.

    That should classify as slander. Sad to read "The City of Paris" would have to go through so many hurdles to take legal action against Fox News when it is so clear who's at fault here (as it's always the case when Fox News is involved).

    And the sooner you stop loving Ds and hating Rs. the better off you will all be. There's plenty of rotten eggs on both sides of the aisle. Remember, a politician's Job 1 is getting their sorry asses re-elected. And that usually requires convincing us how much "free" shit they're going to give you, how much better your life will be if (name) stays in office and what an awful asshole their opponent is. I never vote for the candidate who has party backing. All it means is the establishment knows they'll maintain the status quo. If there is a Libertarian candidate on the ballot they usually get my vote. I know they're not going to win but I get to look at myself in the mirror without feeling guilty knowing I voted for the candidate whose views more closely resemble my own.

    I am a student in the healthcare field, and I have a psych clinical right now. I walked into the building the other night and Faux News was on. I just thought "This surely cannot be helping the folks here...."

    Also...

    Fox News + Guns - two big things you cannot take away from Republicans.

    Well they do have an argument of Fox News damaging their tourist industry with innacuracies.

    Mind you, its probably done Paris some favours, as now it means they can avoid having those ignorant and idiotic enough to actually believe Fox news coming to visit!

    Continue with the foreign-country slander Fox, hopefully it'll keep all the gullible sheep penned in one country!
