    It's amazing how propaganda and bigotry are so effective in getting people to ignore the ways they are being taken to the cleaners.

    Sure, public services, including schools and roads are being slashed, but at least we can hate on the queers, so reelect Brownback.

    I do think these are just the dying gasps of this particular mode of bigotry. They'll try again though. Reactionaries always do.
