Petition to reopen Prop 8

I sooo wish I could sign it, but I'm a minor, and I'm not in California.....damn it...

 

I might not be able to sign it, but I'm going to spread it around on my online communities.

I'm not familiar with the California state government, but can you really reopen an initiative with a petition?

There are already 3 pending court cases against 8... we'll have to wait and see.

 

^ As he said, there's 3 court cases, and they don't use online petitions for an initiative, as it's so easy to fake.

On top of that, to my knowledge, absentee ballots are still out, we don't know if Prop 8 has Passed or Failed yet.

 

I passed it around a few other communities. At the time of posting, it's at 126,142 signatures.
