A Woman's Hour episode from Radio 4, part of which discusses gay women at work, whether they're out or not, the importance of role models, whether they feel discriminated against because of their orientation, and how this compares to discrimination based upon gender.

The discussion starts 10 minutes in so you can fast forward that bit. Not sure if this will work outside of the UK?
