    The ROFL copter has liftoff.

A bride left her husband-to-be, because he could not correctly answer "what is the sum of 15 and six?" In defense of the man, the people making fun of him at Jezebel can't answer correctly either.

Funny enough, in the comment it seems like the author did it intentionally as a meta joke and see if people caught it. But who knows.

To be fair, 15+6=23... In octal. On the other hand, even *nix nerds don't use it much nowadays.

Who wouldn't make mistakes with the number conversion in this question? Who writes out the number "15" and the word "six" in the same sentence? What writing format is this? Fifteen is one word and two syllables. Six is merely one less. In formal text, why would you write the number instead of the word? In informal text, why would you write the word instead of the number? In all texts, why the fuck would you alternate???

And, fine. Maybe Gen is that student that obsesses over irrelevant wording in multiple choice tests, but dammit where is the logic? Where is the order??

I was taught that for 1-9 you write the word and for >9 the number which I tend to stick to, not certain that it's right though

The article is crazy does nobody proof read these days
