    I wish I could say that this is surprising, but honestly kind of saw it coming after reading the initial story earlier. Either way though, I hope she loses. She doesn't deserve a single cent.

    I can not believe she would make such a big deal out of it. I have accidently walked into the girls bathroom/locker room a few times and I am a cisgender male. Nobody made a big deal out of it. If the trans woman actually went up to her and harassed her that is a different story but if she was just changing clothes and minding her own business who freaking cares. Also, couldn't the trans woman make a counter claim saying that "well you would only know if you were looking at me naked and you feel violated?"

    Yeah, she is still at it. At this point it feels like she is trying to make money from the lawsuit because she was "offended" by the existence of a transwoman who was just...there. Doing nothing to her.

    I guess the lady didn't read that Planet FItness is supposed to be a "judgment free zone"

    THat's the whole point, it's supposed to be an environment where people that aren't comfortable with other gyms can go to, it's what they advertise.

    She got warned to let it go, but she kept on pushing and harassing people, and she was rightfully kicked out. If she can get her head from out of her anus she could probably see that
