Watch here, plus other links to story: Pence refuses to answer ‘yes or no’ on Indiana anti-LGBT discrimination – eight times – LGBTQ Nation

Mike Pence kind of reminds me of Newt Gingrich. He isn't smart enough to be a legitimate candidate, and probably doesn't even want to be President himself. But after running an embarrassing campaign, he'll become a contributor for Fox "News" or CNN. I hope LGBTQ activists in Indiana start protesting this law even more, holding sit ins on businesses that deny gay people.

Reminds me of another GOP governor. But Newt Gingrich doesn't fit my description. Who could it be...?

Wasn't his stance on Friday that the bill wasn't legalising discrimination and he wouldn't have signed it if it did? What was stopping him from repeating that instead of ducking the questions and claiming people just didn't understand the bill?

I don't if it's true or not, but someone on my FB shared photos of businesses that already had signs like "No Gays Allowed", "Gays Must Stay ___ft Away At All Times", and "Straights Only".

I think massive sit-ins should be held to combat this injustice.

This is ridiculous! The question was "should it be legal to discriminate against gay/lesbian?" And he literally refused to answer. Ugh I'm so enraged. I know that are states with similar laws but i am yet to see a "straight only" sign. If that ends happening to Indiana - I definitely would want to move there to protest or something.

Those business signs are hoaxes, I'm pretty sure. I also agree that mass sit-ins would be a very productive way of protesting this law.

I hurled a lot of choice words at the tv when I saw that interview. Pence has spent more time in Iowa this year than Indiana which hints at his presidential aspirations. Well at least until he destroyed his chances this week.

It's probably the most infuriating interview I've seen with a politician and I've seen Michael Howard's infamous one with Paxman.

The whole thing, Pence included, is what Saint Malcolm Tucker would describe as an omnishambles.
