It'll be an interesting one as employers are actually allowed a massive say in how their employees dress. It is wrong.

For instance men can in many countries be fired for having long hair or earrings, even if women are allowed the same. (There was a case here of a male firefighter being fired for having shoulder length hair, even though he tied it back, and even though women could have hair as long as they want). And yet on the otherhand men of certain religions are allowed long hair with this being a protected right as it comes under religious dress.

Likewise employers are within their rights to require women in certain roles to wear makeup and dress sexually.

It is pretty crazy but the law is an ass as they say.
