    Today is the 9th annual Transgender Day of Remembrance, to honour the memories of those who lost their lives to anti-trans hate crimes.

    Just...thought I'd point it out.

    Actually, considering the date on the page, it might in fact be the 10th, rather than the 9th. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

    it's sad that we have to hold a day of rememberance for this reason, but i'm glad to hear that these brave people are being acknowledged :icon_bigg

    Happy Transgender Day of Rememberance, everybody!

    It is sad that it is a day of rememberance, but we are remembering those who have lost their lives to be treated as the man or woman they truly are.

    Well, the day went by uneventfully. I didn't expect many people to know about it, but I quietly observed Transgender Remembrance Day myself.
