    Well i'm not sure if you can give someone traditional charges. But some form of punishment that doesn't result in the destruction of this kids life. Otherwise they'll likely just become a repeat offender.

    I sure hope the justice system of my homeland has the guts to do what's right. And that is to charge that child as the severity of the crime demands it.

    Makeshift crossbow...O-o

    For a 13 years old kid, that is some feat. He must have been planning this for a while and making it without anyone knowing. Many 13 years old kid can't even make a proper art and craft project, and this one made a crossbow...

    I wonder what was the motivation that makes him goes on such rampage. Not many killers are born. They are usually made.

    14 is the age of criminal responsibility in Spain, that kid is f@cked up in the head and needs to be committed into a mental facility for a very long time. Many people have this notion that kids are so innocent but the fact is they can be just as evil as adults. There was a kid who killed his teacher last year and got 20 years, another 2 years before that and was sentenced to prison "at Her Majesty's pleasure" (meaning you're in prison for as long as we want you to be).

    I don't know gun/weapon laws in Spain at all, but my guess is that they're probably restricted at least.

    So, 90% sure they already are.

    Jamie Bulgers killers were never really punished though. One of them even got arrested for distributing child porn after he was released with a new identity.
    Thing is how do you punish kids effectively? A very difficult call.

    Impressive. Build a makeshift crossbow out of wood and ballpoint pens, wound several people and kill one more at the age of 13. Btw, he also had a knife.

    I don't condone what he did, but that is impressive no matter how you look at it. He might become quite a successful man once the psychiatrists fix him up. :grin:
