Loretta Lynch confirmed as next attorney general

well finally after a long wait she was confirmed as attorney genera with the bipartisan support of 10 republican senators. Ted Cruz a vocal critic of Lynch did not even bother to show up because he need to attend a fundraiser and Cruz apparently has one of the worsts voting records in Congress. The reason why republicans are wrong is this issue is that they refuse to accept the reality that president of the opposing party chooses nominees therefore there is gonna be disagreements on some issues so it is better to confirm her and give her a chance to show some good work ethic instead of playing some partisan childish tactics. Your president is a democrat so your not gonna 100 percent get your way on every nominee and every issue and luckily ten democrats such and vulnerable senators Ayotte, Johnson, Kirk, and Portman decided to vote for her even thought it was purely a political stunt on their part.

This is historic for many different reasons. But to keep it positive, I'm glad to see a powerful qualified woman as the head of the DOJ. I've always been a fan of Loretta Lynch. It's always great to have a pro-equality attorney general as well.
