    Excuse my ignorance, but are the statements being made tomorrow to the US Supreme Court made public/broadcast or are they made behind closed doors?

    It will be done in the Supreme Court building with limited admission tickets available for the public and press (people have been waiting in line since Saturday) with no video recordings made, but there will be audio released that very day of the whole proceedings.
