It is time for the US to fly planes to Russia and pick up all their innocent victims of Putins' s Horrendous policies. And no I am not kidding.

Actually, people should read the comments. Everyone needs to be reminded that this type of shit isn't limited to Russia, and no matter how much legal progress we may be making, there are countless enemies that want us dead right here at home. Just imagine one of those people raising a gay child--we know that it happens. This is the real world that we live in, not some magical happy hippy bubble that the media likes to paint. That is what the real world looks like outside of liberal or gay-friendly urban enclaves. People need to take a good hard look and be reminded of just how much they truly hate us simply for existing. Then remember that hate next time they feel the urge to defend them.

Russia generally disgusts me. Putin is just a power hungry flawed leader who has used propaganda against gay people as a means to promote unity amongst russian conservatives as well as to mask his political parties faults and mistakes such as invading ukraine.

Honestly, i feel really sad and angry at how people are being treated in russia for being lgbtq. I am really thankful that i live in a country where i can be myself, rather than living in a country where if i be myself i can possibly be prosecuted against or even killed.

With a number of changes I'd even consider living there BUT they're never going to embark on changing some simple things - at least not in the next 20 years.

Y'know, I'm gonna sound like a horrible traitor here, but I like russia. It's undoubtdly on my ' to go list'. It has nice architecture, the rural areas are picturesque, and It's nice, in my opinion.





But fuck the laws there, they're all bullshit.
