    Hmm...looking at the photo, that arrow went through the cat's head straight on from below, and went in deep through the skull (though that could possibly because the way she held it).

    I suspect the cat was on a high place looking down when she shot it, and I blindly guess it could be in close range due to penetration, like 15 meters, though I don't know the bow she was using, so that is moot. That could mean the cat was trying to hide from her, like on a tree, and she shot it from below.

    Not surprising, given that it's Texas, that nothing was done. Hopefully the veterinary board will pull her license.

    The problem is we dont care what happens to veterans. We see our soldiers as desposable objects we can blame wars we dont like on. Thats why so much of the army is rural or lower class. We activly dont give a shit what happens to them.

    I'm sorry... I'm not seeing the connection between a mid-20s female veterinarian, with no history of military service that i'm aware of, who killed a cat and proudly posted pics of the act on her Facebook...and the mistreatment of veterans. Am I missing something?

    What the hell! A veterinarian of all people does that to a cat, and she gets no time whatsoever? She seriously needs to do some time for that, and have that on her record. Why in the world is she a veterinarian if she is bragging about shooting a cat with a bow and arrow? She must not be a true animal lover. She really needs to have her license revoked as a veterinarian. I would not let her within 100 feet of any of my animals. This honestly pisses me off. Disgusting!

    The law system friggin disgusts me sometimes! I know there's good reason that they need a lot of evidence, but come on. It's a bit too convenient that her facebook account was deleted right before the investigators could find it, isn't it? Whether it was a stray cat or not that's just horrible. If somebody did that to my dogs and nobody did shit about it, I'd want that filth thrown in jail for murder.
