    That guy sounds like he's off his rocker. That said, the last thing we need is even more overpopulation anyways. There's plenty of kids that need to be adopted. And people really need to stop acting like it's our right to 'control population' by killing animals (strays, key predators, etc.) when humans are pushing them out of their homes. I'm gonna stop typing now before I go totally off-topic and start blabbing.
