    About time. I can't believe in this day and age (well, ok, in America maybe I can) that we still have stupid rules like that. Of course, I don't think people should foster kids in Nebraska anyways. Kids shouldn't live in Nebraska. Nebraska sucks. (No offense to anyone living there, it's just so flat :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:)
