    that's progress. so they definitely don't have a choice at all. it short of weeds out the judges that put their personal opinion before the law.

    Quite right. If this were any other type of (legal) marriage they were refusing to perform based on personal bigotry then there'd be no discussion, so why should gay couples have to accept that they're an exception to that rule?

    Waving around a Bible does not put you above the law
