    It was a "great privilege" to tell the story of trans pioneer Lili Elbe, Eddie Redmayne has said of his latest film, The Danish Girl.

    He plays the transgender woman who was one of the first to undergo gender reassignment surgery.

    I swear, Eddie Redmayne. I love him so much, he was amazing in Theory of Everything and from the trailer he looks amazing in The Danish Girl. He's so humble about it too.
