Bill would allow same-sex marriage in Maine

Now that is interesting. I hope it passes, that would mean a third state allowing same-sex marriage. That might help the overall cause a bit more, don't you think?

 

Lol at the end, where Connecticut and Mass. are the only states to allow same-sex marriage "according to GLAD". No, how about according to the laws?

It's like someone accidentally spilled a container of rainbow ink on New England. I hope it starts dripping down to the rest of the states, though.

 

It'd be amazing if Maine does this...we all know what the lobstermen do in their spare time....hahahaha now lets make it legal for them to tie the knot!

LOL when I saw the title I thought that someone named Bill would allow it... in turn I thought of Bill Clinton and was like, "wasn't he from Arkansas?" lol.

I saw this and thought it was great! I do believe that,eventually,we'll have gay marriage everywhere!

me too, glad my state stands for equality. As it has been since the American Revolution; Connecticut and Massachusetts are with the times and produce people who strive for change and equality. New England will follow our lead with Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island and New Hampshire all within reach of making equal marriage rights for those in their states.

That funny! I grew up on the ocean and a lot of the lobstermen in my town used all of their money down at the Grog Shop or were in rehab from too much blow.
