LGBT News Lesbian couple alleges they were arrested for kissing in a grocery store

If that's really the case, which it may be because 'Murica, then holy fucking shit.

Everybody should know by now you can't just attack somebody for showing affection, straight people do it everywhere all the damn time and nobody punches them or ties them up. Why? Because it's obviously unnecessary.

It's not like they're at a diner pushing people's food onto the floor and then having sex on the table. Sheesh.

 

Ugh. People can be so mean.

 

Surely I'm not the only one who thought, "Who kisses in a grocery store?"

 

This is why other countries laugh at our police system. You're here to enforce the law, not to beat up innocent people who AREN'T breaking the law because you don't like what they're doing.

 

This is laughable. I'm not sure I would start being affectionate at the grocery store under normal circumstances, but come on, this sounds like elementary school bullying, not law enforcement

 

What's as bad as the cop is (if I read the article correctly) that it took them 5 months to drop the charges. Plus, the only reason that the department is investigating the officers actions now is only due to the suit.

 

People are so ridiculous, it's laughable

 

Mant straight couples will kiss and hug in piblic like a local store so it should be no different to do as in a LGBT relationship. Who ever this cop is had just brought a lot of unwanted attention on thierselves.
