I did an informal survey of ex-gay testimonies and noticed some surprising elements are often in common in their stories. Now I'm comparing the results with out glbt people. I'll post the results of my first survey when I get 17 responses to the poll. Thanks! (!)

Hey i was number 17!! whoo, however i do think you should wait till you have at least 30 or so people before looking at results. Its just we learnt in research methods ay uni that a poll needs at least 30 or so people for results to be significant. Just an idea though!

Nice, the ones I voted on are some of the highest. My father is still very much involved with the family and has never been abusive - almost the opposite. I'm the one who was distant to him. I've never wanted to be a girl, and although there was a very brief period where I wanted to be straight, it was before I accepted my sexuality and back when I was still hyperreligious, so I didn't vote on it. Still a sex and drug virgin. The rest I won't comment on.
I've tried drugs more than once, my father is not here cause he was a druggie, and I've looked at porn more than once.
