Milk was SOOO good. I saw it twice. Every GLBT should go and see it, and even better, bring family and friends. Everyone should know the story of Harvey Milk. He is the gay MLK.

If I don't see it in theatres I'm going to watch it online. Can you purchase it on iTunes?

I saw it about a week ago. Harvey Milk was an amazing man who made great sacrifices for all of us.

Around here (midwest town of about 370,000) it was shown only as a "late" show. After 9pm. When I went there were only four people in the theater. Two guys who came in late ... and me and my girlfriend.

Kind of nice. Like a private showing. I definitely recommend it.

Yes, MILK was truly an eye-opener. To think that society would go as far as to eradicate a minority activist for exercising such inalienable rights as freedom of expression and the pursuit of happiness makes one wonder the extent of a phobia when it comes to a queer "discrepancy;" all in all, MILK is very worthwhile and comes highly recommended.

I just watched this last night. It was amazing. Sean Penn did such a great job...he earned that Oscar! I would recommend this movie to everyone! Well worth a watch!

It was also very eye opening to see what life was like for Harvey Milk and other gays/lesbians back in the seventies; especially in what was considered a more liberal area.

Yeah when i saw it, it definitley moved me and inspired me to think about the sacrifices people have made and even though the world is still not an equal place for GLBT people it definitley has come along in leaps and bounds.

Here it was only showing at 3.40pm. They did have a 9pm show the week before so i think the lack of shows was largley due to the amount of time the film has been out. It was intresting to see the variety of people in there though. I went on my own but there were also older adult couples, individual female and males and then groups of males and females too.

Yup, the movie was indeed amazing O_O

I was actually not so sad towards the end, 'cus when they showed the real people and compared them to the actors, they were all happy, and it made me happy
it was pretty uplifting actually

Emile Hirsh looks good with huge dorky glasses and the curly hair, he should've stuck with the look (even though he still attracts plenty of fanboys and girls, I bet XD)

very well acted out, and a moving story, I've watched it twice, but another time couldn't hurt ;D

I loved this movie. I also liked the documentary about Milk.
THAT was very sad, and interesting to compare the real people to the actors in the movie.
