Hopefully the bees-in-the-brain conservatives will finally stop bitching that churches will be forced to marry same-sex couples, even though they never would have but they ought to anyway.

Where is Rhode Island in this??

Hmmm....one of the ONE times we don't go and copy Massachusetts.

But, that's great about the other states!

  7. This just goes to show you that New England is clearly the best area in this country.

Well seeing as churches are private organizations not under goverment rule, you cant force a church to preform gay marriages anyways.

It is a step. the north east and north west generally is progressive. they also tend to be democratic... read into that what you wish.

It is a marathon, not a sprint. I dont expect universal equality for LGBT issues and rights in the united states in my life time, and I am only 25. we just have to keep picking away at the bastelions of hatred in this country who spread vulger, immoral lies about us because if they dont have someone under their thumbs to blame for the ills of the universe, they arent happy, and if they arent happy, THEY NEVER SHUT UP!
