This Michigan legislator is attempting to ban sodomy while the Flint water crisis rages on

    "Unconstitutional? What does that mean?"

In short, the Michigan Senate passed a bill that dealt with animal cruelty (Logan's Law). Said bill has a piece in it that outlaws sodomy and the Senate were too lazy/homophobic/puritan to remove it despite it being unenforceable.

    Why even?....*twitch*

So the basic thought is that homosexuality and having sex with animals is related?

It's not actually going to stop sodomy, stop freaking out. It'll be fine. It's like one of those laws that say you can't wear green pants on a Thursday while blowing a whistle or something. It's unenforceable and cops aren't going to start chasing you with a billy club if they suspect you of sodomy.
