With 100% accuracy in predicting presidential elections, WIU has predicted Sanders to win in 2016.

Hmm, 100% accuracy *raises eyebrow* Very intriguing!

Even more intriguing! Although they got the order wrong there.

It wouldn't surprise me. More independents favor Sanders over Trump, even hardcore conservatives are saying they'll either vote for Sanders or not vote at all if Trump wins the nomination. Then you have democrats getting more and more fed up with Hilary.

At the end of the day I prefer Sanders but will settle for anyone other than Trump or Cruz

The biggest trick, however, is having Bernie get the nomination when so many superdelegates in the DNC favor Clinton. The DNC's corruption may very well result in a Hillary nomination which will result in a Democratic loss. If the DNC was fair, then yea Bernie would probably get the nomination and go on to win the presidency.

As much as 100% accuracy sounds nice, I don't think people realize just how much is going on in this election. There seems to be way too much at stake for Bernie to win, even by a landslide. Democrats may get a narrow win, but if Hillary gets the nomination then we are screwed. 2016 is not like any election seen before.

The superdelegate thing is mostly a media clickbait issue. According to an article I read, only about 15% of the total delegates are superdelegates, and in the entire history, it's extremely rare for them to have had any serious influence in affecting the nomination.

Remember that the Clinton machine was pretty effective during the 2008 period when Obama overtook Clinton as well, and it didn't stop Obama.

That said, I do agree with the rest of Skaros quote; the Democratic machine, as well as all of the corruption of corporations and corporate money, absolutely don't want Bernie, as everyone realizes it would likely foster a revolution in the streets that could toss out the oligarchy. I'm hoping that there are enough people to stand up and prevent this sort of corruption from happening, but it's hard to tell for sure.

I keep hearing of conservatives being against trump but I heard of mod libs actually supporting him so it's probably all publicity if you ask me.

According to the links the Bernie Sanders/O'Malley win is based on him running against Bush/Rubio in the general election.

I read that Edward Snowden said the Shadow Organizations have already appointed Bernie Sanders as the next POTUS. If there's any truth to that, then I'd say we'll be seeing Bernie sworn in in 2017.

    That would be wonderful!

I really, really don't want ANY of the Republicans to get in, especially Trump, Cruz, Rubio, Carson or any of the other remaining clowns.

If Bernie wins, I might think about moving to the US, but that's not happening... I see Hillary, and things not changing for America, except for the economy, which in 5-8 years will go to hell again. Things never change, not really, they won't fool me...

I don't think they'll let Bernie have it, nope...

I'm a member of the Shadow Organizations (specifically, SEELE) and I can confirm that this is true. Bernie is the next president and it will be fun. :icon_wink

Exactly. And unless Bush, who keeps falling behind, makes a sudden resurgence, that's one thing the WIU already got wrong (although the article states their shaky results on the losing ticket nominee).

I can't imagine a Democrat winning in states such as South Carolina, Mississippi or Idaho this year.

And Trump would lose to both Clinton and Bernie. Cruz stands a chance against Clinton. Rubio is the most electable, so it's freaking great that Sanders would win against Rubio.

Btw, Bush dropped his campaign. Perhaps this 100% accurate simulation is about to no longer be 100% accurate.

Oh, good. As long as it's not Hillary or Rick Santorum, I'm happy.

At the end of the day statistics can always end up being wrong and you never know when someone fudged the results a little bit.

    This is pretty funny.

I mean, I am all for revolution and tossing out the oligarchy, but electing a social democrat to the whitehouse wont foster a revolution. If Bernie Sanders does get to the White House I think a lot of people will be dissapointed - he'll adjust himself and become more moderate and his radical supporters will fade in to the background.

I, for one, hope that he does get in. There has been a lot of talk of radicalism and revolution in the United Kingdoms left Party since a 'radical' socialist politician has been elected as its leader. All the communists and even some anarchists are now flocking to that Party. Personally, I think its all a load of bollocks and I cant wait until I can point to President Bernie Sanders as the perfect living example of a complete and utter let down by a left politician.

Revolution is a complete upheaval of the structures which opress the people. Revolution isnt electing a social democrat to a position of power. Its a real joke. Makes me want to hurl.
