Clinton beat Sanders considerably. She had 90% of the black vote.
On the Democratic side, guess the WIU (with their predictions) are starting to look like a right bunch of nitwits. With the way things are looking, Sanders won't even get the nomination.

How is this happening....How is this pro awful everything establishment candidate winning? Oh wait, she just stole the votes in Nevada, barely managing to win even with all the unregistered voters, some of whom were probably underage, voting for her, along with people who shouldn't be voting at all, and aren't qualified to do so. In Iowa, they just stopped counting the votes because Sanders would've won if Hillary didn't stop the count.

Hillary Clinton gets paid a lot of money ($200,000 an hour) for speeches she makes to Goldman Sachs. It's not like this election wasn't already bought and paid for. This is a charade, and I can't say I didn't foresee this happening.

A huge percentage of the votes in Iowa weren't even counted, something like 90 precincts went unaccounted for. Just another display of Hillary's knack for deleting things she doesn't want people to see.

I don't understand why minority voters are so drawn to Hillary. She's a prick - a typical careerist establishment figure, with no firm or solid beliefs on anything. A total non-entity of the highest order.

With that being said, Americans are totally paranoid about socialism, or what they (wrongly) believe to be socialism, for reasons that continue to bemuse me, so I never expected Sanders to get the nomination. Universal healthcare is un-American, and Canadians have to wait 5 years to get a flu jab!

    Clinton has 89 delegates pledged.
    Sanders has 63 delegates pledged.

Its a bit premature to call the primary election, on those numbers, when only like 5 states have voted so far.

It's not about the delegates pledged.

It's about the super-delegates, which are critically important at this stage. Clinton has hundreds of those whereas Sanders has around 20 superdelegates.

Side-note: A lot of Clinton supporters have been comparing Trump to Hitler. Well then....

Why are they so important at this stage?

Here's everything you need to know -> https://www.washingtonpost.com/news...ic-nominee-heres-everything-you-need-to-know/

In short, the nominee could have less actual individual voters but has more super-delegates than the other. That's one the appeal for Sanders and Trump, as they are both anti-establishment candidates unlike Clinton.

    I know what superdelegates are.

As far as I know, superdelegates have always voted the same way as the delegates. If that is the case, I dont see reason for that to change now.

And they are definitely not important at this stage in any case as they havent even pledged yet.

They're extremely important since Clinton's opponent is anti-establishment, anti-Wall Street AND is a potential winner. He is (or was) extremely popular - hence why superdelegates are crucial as they can be sued to sway voters. I saw on CNN a supporter of Sanders voting Clinton in NH because she (the voter) thought Clinton would win.

I dont think the Democratic establishment is that worried about Bernie Sanders that they would use the superdelegates to out vote the delegates as a way to keep him out of the White House.
Yes, superdelegates do help a candidate with momentum but they are not the be all and end all especially not at this early stage like you are claiming.

So, as I have already pointed out. The actual results so far are 89 delegates to 63 delegates. Bernie Sanders isn't out the race yet. It too early to call it.

I hope he isn't. A Sanders nomination is an easy election win for Trump.

You place too much importance on the polls. They're inaccurate.

Clinton has the support of the African-American + Latino vote. That is... yuge. She has the indirect endorsement of Barack Obama, who will openly pledge his support when she wins the nomination. Sanders has the vote of the inexperienced and the naive, who get boners (even the women) over ''the political revolution''. He is also a socialist, which worries a lot of Americans.

I foresee Clinton's campaign becoming very tough, very soon. Can't say the same for Sanders even if he did win. With Trump and Sanders, they're BOTH the same except one is labelled as a racist, whereas the other is labelled as a socialist. Most black and latino voters won't even show up if Hillary isn't in the election - and a low turnout is a GOP victory.

If Clinton is the nominee, it will be a neck-and-neck race between her and Trump. Plus don't forget that Bloomberg might mess it up.

It's hard to say how people will react - but Clinton will (unfortunately) win the nomination, and that should start becoming obvious on Super Tuesday.

Wow, I wasn't expecting such a crushing victory for her.
And yeah, that WIU mock election is getting further and further away from reality hahah.

Bernie has no chance of winning the nomination. Let alone the presidency.

Oh and somewhat related to the subject. The number of Democratic voters are down. For the Republicans, it is going up impressively and that's just in one state
